Sebastian Janssen started as Managing Director at Aguti Produktentwicklung & Design GmbH on April 1, 2019, taking over the operational management of the Automotive division within the company. Andreas Grieger remains managing partner and responsible for the strategic orientation of the company.

Sebastian Janssen, an industrial engineer from Bonn, started his career in the automotive industry more than 20 years ago at TÜV Rheinland in Cologne. Afterwards, he worked in various functions for TOYOTA and was responsible for the strategic business development at TOYOTA Motorsport GmbH (TMG) with marketing and sales since 2010.
