Safety tests
Internal tensile tests and external tests for homologated products in accordance with national and international safety standards.
With our in-house tensile test system, which can generate a total tensile force of 160 kN with eight pneumatic cylinders, we simulate crashes to regularly check the safety of seat systems and belt frames. Road-traffic authorization is not granted until after successful tensile test of seat belt and chassis mountings are passed. TÜV certification can be carried out directly at the Aguti test center.
Apart from individual seat frames on a rigid plate, complete vehicle chassis can be attached to the system. Documentation is carried out based on the latest measuring methods and by video.

Development and integration of safe products and components

With these innovative solutions, we ensure that our products always meet the latest requirements - for maximum safety and reliability.

- Belt systems for a wide range of requirements from well-known manufacturers
- ASBC system for belt frames for controlled deformation in the event of a crash
- Seat occupancy detection for Fiat Ducato, MB VS30, Iveco Daily and as a neutral system for special applications
- Isofix + Top-Tether integrated (2nd/3rd row of seats) for secure fastening of child seats
